Unity Trading Concern provides warranty coverage backed by our manufacturer on mobile accessories to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in our products. We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on all products purchased from our official website. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To make a warranty claim, the customer must present:

Original invoice or valid proof of purchase
Warranty card (if provided)

Claims without proper documentation will not be accepted.

Limitations of Liability

Warranty Voiding Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

  • Labels, serial numbers, or warranty stickers are removed or altered
  • Product is physically damaged or tampered
  • Unauthorized repair attempts have been made

This warranty policy is governed by the applicable laws of Nepal in which the product is sold.
